Creating a Risk Assessment

Hello-

I've got my first project as tech lead, and have been tasked with creating a Risk Assessment document. I was wondering if there were any good links or documentation on creating a doc like this, or if there was any advice people wanted to impart.

Thanks!

Yeah, I looked through Google, but could only find "There are 5 parts to a Risk Assessment: 1) decide on the risk 2) decide on controls for each risk 3) document 4) implement 5) back to 1" docs that were not helpful at all. I might not be Googling accurately - I'm used to searching for code documentation.
