There is always that one company with a killer product and great all around service that makes us feel good about our purchase.

Share a good experience you had with a software company and it's products.

Our company uses a lot of open source products such as MySQL, PHP, Apache, Linux.

We are signed on for support on all of these products. From my dealings with a lot of these open source technology companies, I would like to say we have had the best experience with Zend's php products and services.

They went through a lot of loops for us to help us setup our infrastructure.
