An aspx page I made with a DataGrid and SQLConnection to my local MS
SQL server shows appropriate DB information when view from within the
..NET designer. However, when selecting: "View in Browser", the
following error appears.
Login failed for user 'myComputer\ASPNET'
Selected failing code is:

I found the icons for files and folders using
Call SHGetFileInfo(subDir, 0, mSHI, mSHISize, Win32.Shell.SHGFI_ICON)
but can't find the system icon for MyComputer.
Later I'd like to also find a way of tapping into the icons used by the
system for MyNetworkPlaces, Desktop ...
Any suggestions??

The FolderBrowserDialog control in my toolbox has vanished!
I did not delibratly remove it and it is just not there anymore. I tried to
add it back to the toolbox but there isn't even a .NET component (or even a
COM) available to select from in the "Customize Toolbox" window!
I noticed there is a RESET button on the "Customize Toolbox" window but I
have a number of custom controls it said it would delete. I was hesitant
about that...

I have a system tray app which gets the status of a windows service,
and displays the appropriate icon for the status of the service in the
systray.
the problem I am having is the icon disapears under certain conditions,
but the exe is still listed in the processes leading me to believe the
app is still running.
It fires up perfectly on boot, however if the user logs off, and then

Hi,
I created a new resouce ("app.resx") in my project and added an icon to
this resource with name "IL_ICON". I would like to use this resource
in some unmanaged code, in particular, with the api function
SHNotificationAdd. How can i do this?
i have tried using ResourceManager to get that icon, but i am getting
back NULL. Even if i did get back an icon, how can i use this to with
the hIcon parameter of SHNotificationAdd?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
