action failed - halt

6 New Member
Hi
I have 40 or so .csv files attached to my access xp.mdb. I am running a macro of about 40 append quires. If I pickup a damaged or partial file - that append query will fail. I do not get an option of continue or ignore. It halts the entire macro. Is there any way to disregard that query and allow the macro to continue. Set warnings in macro does not work. I have converted to code with DoCmd.OpenQuery and DoCmd.SetWarnin gs. I can't get that to work either.

Thanks,

Craig

When implementing the Front Controller, you use Server.Transfer to halt execution on the "imaginary" page and transfer to the "actual" page. Thereby abstracting the url from the resource. The problem I'm running up against is that when I transfer to the "actual" page the action on the form is now set to the "actual" page (like it should)....

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
