I had to restore my server from backup. When I did, I
could no longer access any asp pages on my web server.
The error says HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I have
turned off friendly HTTP error messages and it gives me
less info. All it says is server application error.
html or htm pages work fine.
I have reinstalled com+ so that I can now access the
components services snap-in.

Let's say you provide an online service from 7:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern
Time (daylight time in the summer). Is there way of showing these
hours of availability on a web page in the user's local time?

Hi. I am at a loss to decipher why the javascript on my web page:
http://www.psych.nmsu.edu/~jkroger/lab/index.html
does not display the date correctly in Firefox. Instead of "2005" for
the year,
it displays "105" ... however, in IE Explorer, it looks fine.

I need help with following scenario, please:
Users are accessing same web server from intranet (users previously
authenticated in Active Dir) and from extranet (common public users). If
user is from intranet, web server should recognize it and application should
create additional options in controls regarding groups the user belongs to.
If user is from extranet it should be logged in as anonymous and a link to
login page...

Hi,
I am currently facing some difficulties in accessing my web page. I am
creating my company intranet website. Currently, I am developing my webpages
in my local machine with IIS activated. When i run the website from my local
machine's IE by typing //<computer name> my webpage displayed.
However when I do the same thing from another machine in the network, I got
the error "The page cannot be displayed".
