try streaming it. Also it really depends on how large (viewing size) your project is and what quality you are saving it at. How long the movie is. If you're using images what you saved them at ie jpegs, pngs.... and how big then are in size and resolution 72 (standard) up to 142 dpi.
And last but least if your on dial up, dsl, T1, T3 connect. of course dial up will be the slows and a T3 will be the fast.

Hello, I am trying to reference a Shockwave Flash Object on a vb code behind page in an ASP.NET project and I receive the following error: Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). On the aspx page I have the object tag as follows:

I am trying to swap/rotate random flash banners using the following Javascript code. I have 3 flash headers/banners. I can get it to open a page with a random header using document.write(randomHeader) in the chooseHeader() function, but the rest of the page doesn't get displayed with that approach. Instead, what I would like to do is comment the document.write(randomHeader) line, and use the random reference I have in the table cell...

I asked this question some time ago, and I received a reply, but I never followed up on the suggestion. That's why I'm posting again... I'm trying to add a Macromedia Flash movie to my C# windows project so that I can use it as a screensaver. I was told that the easiest way would be to add a WebBrowser control to my Windows Form and then have it load the Flash movie, but I'm not sure how to do this. I have VS.Net 2005. Also, since I plan...

I am trying to get started on a page which uses a short flash movie to show status. The flash movie itself is only a few seconds long - say 15 seconds. What I want is something like this (alternative 1): The browser sends a request for the page. The php backend creates the first flash movie and sends it to the browser.

Converting PowerPoint to Flash would absolutely be a good choice to distribute your bulky PowerPoint presentations. You can do the whole PowerPoint to Flash conversion manually or with professional applications. First, you'll need to prepare the PowerPoint files. Make sure you are not using any complicated gradients or animations. These will be interpreted poorly when they are brought into Flash. Also, make sure there are no objects that...

Hi, I'm stuck. Obviously I'm stuck or I wouldn't be posting a new question. I have a php script that takes information from a database and outputs it to the screen. Inserting a Flash (SWF, FLV) file into HTML web page is already an old and familiar thing to all of us. It is a rather non-flexible thing that just to edit some options in the template. However, I did not understand some parameters totally in the HTML tag. These days when I was surfing the Internet I have found some comprehensive introduction to these two tags. I read it and conclude it with my own words; I think it will be useful to us, so I...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
