from an Access database. It will run on a Windows 2003 server supporting
FrontPage extensions 2002 hosted by the company 1&1 with only limited server
configuration via a web based control panel.

Hi there,
I'm not a flash programmer myself but I work with some of them. It
seems whenever I browse to a page developped by these folks the browser
receives it as if there were ActiveX content (but there is none). I
think there is a relationship between ActiveX and Flash, but I believe
they are separate. The problem is, on explorer, for security and
sanity reason I have completely disabled activeX and it prevents me

I have this little test-page using Ajax to
grab a simple date-string from the server.
This works as expected in IE, FF, NS, etc.
This morning I changed the path to my little
server-side "date-script", so it pointed to
another web-server. Ie. Not the same site
as the page containing my ajax script came from.
As expected, FF, Opera and NS now failed with

Although this question involves Flash, I suspect the actual issue is an asp
one..
I am trying to open the web.sitemap file in an .swf file enbedded in an asp
page (I'm working in VS 2005).
I get an error in Flash when it trys to open this file using standard Flash
commands. However when I change the file name and command to 'Web.xml'
it works. (it also works if I don't change the name, but run the swf in
flash player and not via the...

Hi hopefully someone has come accross this issue, as it's doing my head in.
We have a flash (.SWF file) banner to display, which does so fine in IE, but
in firefox only seems to be about 1/3 size so looks tiny. Does anyone have
any ideas?

This script is meant to limit access by sessions, using username and
password from mysql db and redirect users after login according to a
given value belonging to each user in the db (10,20,30,40).
(the included config is just server settings, the login is just a
login form).
The script appear to connect but will not redirect users, it seems
that even with correct login details, it won't validate.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
