I had to run DB2 on Win2k. After installation it puts a directory
under c:\DB2 and c:\DB2Log and C:\Program Files\SQLLIB
Now am all confused which is instance home, db2 home etc. I had
to configure tivoli inventory and its all *@#$ up because of this
confusion. Can someone please clarify which is which? TIA

I'm trying to implement a bookmark-url program, which accepts user
input and puts the strings in a dictionary. Somehow I'm not able to
iterate myDictionary of type Dict{}
When I write print type(myDictionary) I get that the type is
"instance", which makes no sense to me. What does that mean?

It is said that if I implement a "swap" member function, then it
should never throw any exception. However, if I implement "swap" non-
member function, then the restriction doesn't apply. Can somebody tell
me why?

guess you have two classes (A and B) and you have two objects (C1 and
C2) of a class C that is defined as
class C: public A, public B
can I *somehow* swap B of C1 and B of C2? To make myself clearer:
class C1 and C2 both have some area in memory that holds their B-Part
- i guess there must be somewhere in class C1 and C2 a kind of pointer
to that baseclasses. Eg. if you do a (B*) this inside C1 you get it.

I'm trying to simulate buttons using images. I tried many ways and I don't seem to get it to work as far as the button label is concerned. I tried manipulating "top" and "left" and now the margins and I'm getting bizarre results. This is not the actual code.
