DB2 instance goes down every one hour - A serious error in production server

Hi Team,

Very serious problem with my DB2 V8.1 Fixpack 6 running in AIX 5.1
machine. Every one hour my DB2 instance processes are killed and it's
going down. Several trap files are generated in the db2 diag log
directory. Following the detailed entry in the db2diag.log:

This is the same error message we are getting in the diag log for
every one hour. Searched in google for different conditions no clue..

Did any one faced a similar situation like this? what is the root
cause of this error and what can be done to resolve this.

NOTE: This DB2 here works with DOCUMENTUM application which inturn
works with the SAN storage media for data/image handling.

As this's a serious error in a Production Server..looking for some
quick solutions.

Thanks,

Greetings, Having a major problem here. running version 8.2 on win2003 server. The problem I am having is backing up a database seems to get to the last part of the backup and then fails. This brings the whole instance down and it has to be restarted. In addition the job seems to be stuck in the TOOLSDB as if I try to delete the backup job I get "The task is currently running". So I went to the command line and tried "db2 backup database...

Hello, I'm a newbie here and was wondering anyone could help me with this. I have a simple ASP.NET 2 web application running perfectly fine with IIS and SQLServerExpress installed locally on my WinXP as a testing server (I created the app in Visual Studio.NET 2005). When deploying this app on the production server (running Win2000 Server, IIS and SQLServerExpress 2005), I'm getting the following

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers.
