Hi Arthur..
I was checked
*) Issue db2level command from DB2 CLP : v8.1.0.36
*) check HKEY_LOCAL_MACH INE\SOFTWARE\IB M\DB2\CurrentVe rsion
in Windows registry : 8
*) look also for version information in db2diag.log instance file.
In the db2diag.log file i can’t find Version field.
In the control Panel -> administrative Tools->eventviewer ->
Application
I found few Error lists.
One error is pasted below
The description for Event ID ( 4 ) in Source ( DB2 ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may
be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see

recovery manager sqlpresr Probe:3170 Database:LOCALD b
, ADM1531E Crash recovery has completed successfully.
How can i find ont which instance was missed or corrupted
Thanks in Advance
