Hi,
I'm trying to rollforward my database to end of logs and complete, the
first error message i get is - SQL6063N rollforward recovery on
database X has stopped on node "0" due to change in log file size,
when i re-issue the command I get the " unexpected system error
occured"
I also dropped the db and restored it again, but still getting the
same errors.

Our application (C#.Net) was receiving IBM.Data.DB2.DB2Exceptions
ERROR SQL0904N Unsuccessful execution
caused by an unavailable resource. Reason code: '', type of resource:
'', and resource name: ''. SQLSTATE=57011 .
When looking in db2diag.log, we found the following that seemed to
correspond to each exception:

CLI connection failed. SQL0902C. A system error (reasoncode="6029321")
occurred. Subsequent SQL statements cannot be processed.

Has anyone encountered the above error? We are trying to connect to a
v8 ESE database on AIX 5 from a v8 client on Windows 2000 prof. What
the heck
is "A file descriptor does not refer to an open file."???

I get the above error when issueing the 'db2start' command.
Found no info in the net that could help me. I have the V8.1 FP10 installed
on SLES 9 x86_64

Hi all
I'm getting this error when trying to start and/or stop the admin
server on a db2 v9 on AIX 5.3
Everything worked fine with v8.2. I did the upgrade by the book.

Env: DB2 v9.1 Server / Win XP. DB is enabled for Archival Logging.
Was playing around with rebuild tablespace feature. My database 'CARD'
has tablespace named t1,t2,t3.
Taken couple of individual tablespace backup as below
C:\dir1>db2 "backup db card tablespace(syscatspace,userspace1,t1)"
Backup successful. The timestamp for this backup image is :

Hi All,
When i'm running the db2start i'm getting following error message. But when i ran it for second time m able to start successfully.
Can you please tell me what could be the issue for the first run. This is happening everytime when i start database manager. Please let me know if i'm missing something.
