DB2 6.1 on RedHat 7.2

Greetings all,

I would like to know whether DB2 6.1 certified to run on RedHat 7.2.
I'm unable to find the certified version of DB2 on Redhat platform on
the web.

Has anyone know any site that i could use to refer too. I checked the
IBM
site but there is not much information available regarding
certification
of DB2 6.1 on RedHat 7.2.

What is the exact RedHat version that cater DB2 6.1 ?

prompt feedback is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi folks- I'm about to move from a Solaris 8/SPARC environment to a Dell running RedHat 9. Are there any issues I need to be aware of in bringing my Python code over (mostly scientific computation)? In particular, I know earlier versions of RH shipped with an "old" Python installed as "python" and that installation of more recent versions should not overwrite "python" (e.g., install as "python2.3"). Is this still the case in RH9? Any...

I'm having a lot of trouble with Python2.3 on Redhat 7.3 As this is a requirement for the new unstable versions of TMDA I am trying to get this up and running. Is anybody else running Python2.3 on RedHat 7.3? I am unable to find an RPM that will install on my RedHat. I run into the following scenario described in the Python FAQ. I know this is probably a little off-topic and should go into a Python list but I figured maybe somebody here...

I'm trying to build Python 2.3.4 from source on a RedHat Enterprise machine for installation in a net-wide accessible directory /net/python. I tried all of the following variants of ./configure (the first was required for Python 2.3.3 on RedHat 9): ../configure --prefix=/net/python --enable-unicode=ucs4 ../configure --prefix=/net/python ../configure --prefix=/net/python --enable-unicode=ucs2 All of these result in the ominous message...

I was trying to install Oracle on a Linux box with Redhat and got an error message saying the OS had to be Redhat 2.1 or 3.0 (plus some other non-Redhat versions). Does anyone know what I have to do bypass this since I am clearly using a higher version of Redhat.

This isn't entirely PG related, but... Does anyone know what the natural upgrade path from RedHat 9 is? I'm wondering if anyone on the PostgreSQL team is working with redhat to package and bundle versions of PostgreSQL for the latest redhat. Is there going to be a RedHat 10? Or are we all supposed to choose a path of RH Enterprise vs Fedora Core? I have about 10 to 20 Redhat 9 machines in dev/qa/production that

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
