Is zend certification is worth to do ?

Hi,

I am PHP programmer .
I have intermediate knowledge of PHP.
Now thinking to get ZCE(Zend Certified Engineer).
My question is "is ZCE is worth to do ? is that certification add any chances to have better job for me?".
Whats yours experience tell me ..
