It is required to generate a HTML page given a list of the following:

1. field Name
2. Field type

If the field is a checkbox, additional field attributes are:
a. Field Checked (TRUE/FALSE)
b. Read-only (TRUE/FALSE)

If the field is a TEXTBOX, additional field attributes are:
a. Field width
b. Max width
c. Read-only (TRUE/FALSE)

If the field is a Text paragraph, additional field attributes are:
a. Size
b. Bold
c. Italics


The data is to be stored in an array of structure or array of union or
list.
You are expected to do the following:

A. Design the structure or union or list element
B. Design and populate the required array.
C. Write an inteligent HTML code generator that is modular
and can iterate over the array from (B) above and output
to a HTML file. The HTML page will be a FORM and have a
"OK" and a "CANCEL" button. You can have a hard coded
output file name.

As usual, The code should be modular. I expect that it should be easy
to add
new field types to the above list of three.

the code for the HTML generator can be written in any language i e C or C++ or JAVA ETC
