Hi,
I've just taught myself C++, so I haven't learnt much about style or
the like from any single source, and I'm quite styleless as a result.
But at the same time, I really want nice code and I go to great
lengths to restructure my code just to look concise and make it more
manageable.
When I say this, I'm also referring to the way I write my functions.

I'm trying to create a function that splits up a column by spaces, and
I thought creating a function that finds the spaces with CHARINDEX and
then SUBSTRING on those values would an approach. I get an error
saying that the I have an Invalid column 'Course_Number'. Not sure

I am trying to write udf for heat flux on X-Y plane in Fluent having the formula
Q(Y) = (0.304)/(deltaY + deltaY/2)^-3
Where deltaY = 50cm and
Y = 10m
but I am unable to do it. Can anyone write udf for heat flux?
Y is the length on Y-axis and X whixh is equal to 5m is length on X-axis.
Q is heat flux goes through X-Y plane in Z direction.
Geometry is a cube with dimension 10*5*0.005 all are in meters.
