Hi.
Just found a file server...
You asked for the source code to the complete MP library, so
here it is: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?5tdw1zshdhu
Make sure to read the enclosed license agreement, by the way.
I'll post it here:
---
License Agreement:
This source code is being provided only for the sole
purpose in aiding the debugging of software application(s)
being developed with it. You may not make any copy of
this code, or use it in any projects that are not intended
solely for your own personal use, without the express,
written permission of the author. If you do not agree
to these terms, you must destroy your copy of this
package.
---
Rationale:
I have to give this tight license since I'm not quite sure
how I'm going to choose to distribute & license the software
developed using this bignum package. However since it _is_
just a bignum package and not a complete software program I
am allowing you to at least view the code. The files will be
taken down after it has served it purpose as an aid to
assistance in debugging. Hopefully you'll understand, OK? 9 1278

I thought you needed to see it.

I thought it was spam. Posting a link like that without context is useless.
Second, reduce it to the minimum set and POST THE CODE HERE. We're not
going to follow random links.
Read the FAQ, particularly section 5. If you want to see section 5,
here it is: http://www.parashift.com/c++-faq-lite/how-to-post.html
[and no, that's not a random link, it's the official FAQ for the group]

I'm sorry, I thought the thread was dead since I didn't
hear a response to my last post there. I wasn't sure
if I'd get a response there if I posted. So I started
this thread. Also sorry for not elaborating on what
this was for specifically. The link, by the way, goes

For everyone else here:
The code was posted in response to the request from that
recent thread called "Frustratin g bug in C++ Program".

Is the file "bcopy.c" in the "libitery" directory the implement of the
GNU C library function "bcopy"? If so, how can it run so fast?(copy-by-byte
rather than copy-by-word) When I copy the code of "libitery/bcopy.c" to my
own code, I find that it is so slow even if I turn on "-O3" and define
"NDEBUG". Why?

Hi there,
I am looking forward to learn how to debug exe or dll files without the
source codes.
1. As i understand that back in native, people use softice or ollydbg as a
way to debug the native exe or dll in assembly language. But those software
can't cater managed exe or dll.
2. I am wondering do you know any tools i can use to debug those managed exe

My setup project contains only a vdproj file and an installation package in the Debug folder.
Is there any reason to put the contents of the Debug folder under source control? Am I correct in assuming that I only need the vdproj file (simple solution) to reproduce the contents of the Debug folder?

But as I step through, it stops on what appear to be

This error is now appearing on a line with the following code:

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention.
