Unresolved Symbol: __rtaccess

Can someone explain this error to me?

I am compiling on solaris 2.6 using the Sun 5.0 C++ compiler.

I have RTTI turned on as well as -compat.

I *think* it's some kind of roguewave problem, but I am not sure.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Please refer to this:

You might also try comp.unix.solar is, where you're more likely to find
someone who uses that compiler.

Googling the Web and Usenet for [__rtaccess] doesn't turn up much, but
it does produce a couple of possible leads. Among them, the compiler
generates some kind of internal template database, which might need to
be deleted and rebuilt (something about a Template.DB directory); and
no, it's not related to RogueWave (at least, that's how RogueWave
responded to someone else who said the same thing).

That's all I can tell you, because I don't use that compiler. Again,
you should probably locate another group which better supports your
compiler.

Good luck!

I need a hand with some stubborn link errors. I'm trying to recreate and old program from 6.0 into .NET, but for some reason when I try to compile I'm getting linking errors for all my function calls that deal with sockets. I've included <winsock2.h> in stdafx.h and I linked to ws2_32.lib by going to project properties->linker->general->additional library directories and typing in ws2_32.lib. Am I missing some include files or have the...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
