Hi all,
Is there any javascript function/s that will tell me if the current
browser window is in full screen mode or not? I don't want to resize
the window, just size content based on full screen/not full screen.

We recently upgraded to VS 2008 and for some reason, the environment
does not show "Start Page" in full screen mode even when setting in
Environment -Startup is set to "Show Start Page". It does show Start
Page in normal mode but not in full screen mode. Does anyone happen to
notice similar issue and able to fix it?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
