SQL 2000 I thought I would throw this out there for some feedback from others. I'd like to know if you feel using MS auto-increment field is a good solution these days or should one grow their own ? Thanks, Me.

Hello, Iam having a doubt. Which is more efficient post increment or Pre increment? I have read that preincrement is efficient than Post increment. Iam not able to think how it is? For an independent statement i++ and ++i which is more efficient? Regards Kailasam

BlankThis maybe a known issue, but I stepped on it just now. Basically it boils down to: in C# int x = 0; Console.Write("{0}", x++ + x++); gives 1, when in C/C++ int x = 0; printf("%d\n", x++ + x++);

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
