IIS 7 Configuring errors problem

Im trying to redirect the request that generates a 403.14 error to a page.
This error is fired when no default document is enabled in IIS, and directory
browsing is disabled.

In IIS 6 was possible, you can modify that if an 403.14 error is fired,
redirect the request to another page. In IIS7 its only possible to trap few
errors like 404 etc...

Appears that now, some errors, are handled my a .Net Httphandler, but i
would need to configure the redirection for this error without using
programming (overriding this .Net HttpHandler). Is it possible in IIS 7?

Kind Regards.
