Peter,

I like the "Programming WPF" book by Chris Sells and Ian Griffiths:

http://www.amazon.com/Programming-WP.../dp/0596510373

There is also the Petzold book "Applications = Code + Markup":

I've got two excellent books on it:

Windows Presentation Foundation Unleashed by Adam Nathan

and

Essential Windows Presentation Foundation by Chris Anderson

Personally, I could care less about WPF right now, preferring to focus on
WCF, LINQ, and related issues and getting to WPF (and Silverlight) when I
really have the opportunity to be required to do so. But, having read Adam
Nathan's book (in color -- nice) I'd concur that it's really good.

I'm going to go for "Windows Presentation Foundation Unleashed (WPF)
(Unleashed) (Paperback)". Thanks everyone!
