Open and save Word document

I want to open a blank Word document.
Once the user click the save button, it will be saved to a specific
directory. How can I do that?

I can manage to open Word program by
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("WinWord.exe");

But how do I make it save to a specific directory when the user close the
Word or click the save button in Word?

eg.

C:\Temp|test\MyDoc1.doc
