DirectX and Graph Editor

I've the DX SDK, but I don't find the GRAPH EDITOR (like this
http://www.flipcode.com/articles/art...show01-01.jpg).

Where Can I find it?

it in the Utilities folder of the SDK. maybe you have installed just an
update to the SDK that dosen't install all the utilities.

It depends on what release of the SDK you have. DirectShow is being moved to
the PlatformSDK and is in a transitional state. Last time I checked the
DirectShow SDK stuff (including graphedit) is being releases as a set of
extras until it is settled in its new home.
