Development Environment Designer Loading Error

I am using Microsoft Development Environment 2003 Version 7.1.3088 & Framework 1.1.4322 and developing Windows Forms using Visual C#.

It was working fine for quite a month. Currently while opening the c# project the designer started giving lot many errors. The compiled exe, before the last project closing is still working as desired.

The following are the problems.

1. A class file shows error in the Solution Explorer, also cannot be opened giving the following error message

An error occured while loading the document. Fix the error and then try loading the document again.
The class DataGridComboBoxColumn can be designed, but is not the first class in the file. Visual Studio requires that designers use the first class in the file.

However I am able to compile the program and execute. Further the source file doubleclicked it opens in the IDE without showing any error.

How to solve this problem. Why this happens?

2. This is while using the forms.

When the forms are opened, it gives a series of similar error in the task list and most of the controls in the Form [Design] are missing.

Duplication declaration of member 'Font'

or

Duplication declaration of member 'Location' ...

Next time similar kind of error catches up with other forms.

Any clue as to how to rectify such IDE errors.
