Deploying Distributed App

I am writing an application similiar to MS PetShop application in framework.
So I have the following:

string path = "T1Solutions.SQLServerDAL";

string className = "T1Solutions.SQLServerDAL.Quote";

return
(T1Solutions.IDAL.IQuote)Assembly.Load(path).Creat eInstance(className);

T1Solutions.SQLServerDAL.Quote implements IQuote, but I seem to get a cast
not valid error, and I do not see why at all.

Any ideas?

I am getting:

System.InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.
