statically link assemblies

The one request I have for the .net framework, or actually the compilers,
would be to statically link assemblies at compile time. This way you can
compile your application into one executable instead of an executable and
100 other third party referenced assemblies. Delphi can do this, and it is a
very nice feature. It makes distributing your application much easier.
