I apologize for the length of the page below, but I've tried
to whittle it down as much as I can. The problem is that
Netscape 6.1 on my Win 2K Pro machine is disappearing
the final row of the table.
Opera 7.01 and IE 5 and 5.5 are both OK with the page, and
the offending line is right before the commented out alert line,
but I have been...

I know the math I need to perform on width and height to keep an aspect
ratio but where and how would I implement keeping a set aspect ratio on a
form when a user resizes it. Override OnResize? couldn't quite figure it
out.

Hi All,
I've seen many postings regarding different situations where controls
disappear but have never seen a decent solution.

I'd like to make an application to print labels. I have to print an image
and text, the label size is 10cm x 5 cm. I'm wandering how to do it in c#.
My first thought is to make an acrobat "form" with the image and text, but I
have to send a date in the label so I need to open the pdf and send the date

Hi,
Is it possible to make a control bigger or maximize it also when the
user maximizes the form? I have a calendar control on a form and I
would like to automatically make it bigger when the form is maximized
so the user can see more detail.
I see there is only a height property for a form and no width
propertly. The calendar control...

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 and C#. I need to print a WinForm used for data
entry as a graphic. In other words, I need to print the exact WinForm the
user sees on the screen.
I searched through the newsgroups, and found the code below. This seems
reasonable, except for the fact that the author does not provide his
SetSeq_Library. This is...

The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in...
