events that are triggered so any other handlers registered to the same event

In general, some controls can have events handlers attached to them,
typically via the += operator. How does one remove an event handler added
this way? Or, just as good for my purposes, how can one remove all event
handlers attached?

In the page life cycle, event handlers are called after the page is loaded.

I am trying to write code for form activate event and for an event of an
object.
Generally, you select the object/form from the top combo box in visual
studio ide, and select the event you want to code for from the right combo
box... which would generate a template ready to write code for the event.

I am having problems dynamically adding more than one event handler to
an input. I have tried the Javascript included at the bottom. The
lines
inp.attachEvent('onkeyup', makeEventFunc1(strand));
inp.attachEvent('onchange', makeEventFunc2(strand));
individually work in IE, but when used together, only the bottom one
remains active.

I'm building a Web application but this question should be common to all C#
applications.
When I use a class, and I want to add event handlers or override base class
methods, how do I know the correct syntax for those methods?
In MFC, I can simply choose event handlers from a list and they are inserted
automatically with the correct signature. Similar deal with Visual Basic 6.
But I can't seem to find anything like this in C#.

For various reasons, I need to remove the event handlers for a given
event. The event can only appear on the left side of "+=" or "-=", so
I'm not sure how this is done.
I tried this:

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
