Hi guys,
I often use the "Find" (aka CTRL-F) tool in "Visual Studio .net 2003 7.1
c++".
I noticed that that dialog box does not go away when I perform a search (it
stays on the screen). This is different from the behavior of VS6.
I find this frusterating because a mouse click is required to close the
window (I cannot ALT-TAB back to the find window to press ESC).

I am trying to name my submenus (MainMenu control) and they show up in the
menu dropdown...like they are O.K., but when I check my controls the names
are still "MenuItemX". OTOH, the top-level menu items renamed just fine.
What might I be doing wrong?

This is a long shot, but I thought I'd try it. I am currently using excel as an inventory tool. I currently have a hand-held scanner plugged into a laptop for reading barcodes. Using the "Find and Replace" fuction, I scan the merchandise which then searches the spreadsheet for the matching inventory number. When it is found, I highlight that cell in yellow. Please help.... I have a form that I successfully add records to that I
want to copy and turn into a form for editing records from that same
table (It is imperitive that it be done this way, rather than just one
form) ... I need in the textbox for the new edit form to have the user
type in a item# then the form populates. I'm having tremedous trouble
