I have a problem with the following code. It generates a
<FORM><SELECT><OPTION> list. There is no problem in the generating. The
problem is in the execution as follows.
It works fine in Mac IE with and without the <FORM></FORM>.
In Mac Netscape 6 the onChange does not activate if there is no
<FORM></FORM>. When I put it in a form as indicated below the value of
train.options.value is undefined. What am I doing wrong?

Hello.
I designed a form to edit some DataBase's fields. But some
of these fields contain '<' and '>' characters. And
these characters are '<' and '>' in HTML.
So if want to edit these fields, the form converts them
into '<' and '>'. And I want to mantain '<' and '>'

I'm trying to use std::codecvt<to do the encoding conversion. I am
using following code for encoding conversion between wchar_t string
and char string(MBCS). I am not sure am I right. The code works, but
I'm not familiar with the codecvt, and I don't know my way is the
right way to do the job. Could you help me to review the code?

Since the include function is called from within a PHP script, why
does the included file have to identify itself as a PHP again by
enclosing its code in <?php... <?>
One would assume that the PHP interpreter works like any other, that
is, it first expands all the include files, and then parses the
resulting text. Can anyone help with an explanation?
