Key-Value pair list - not sorted

I am trying to use key value pair list, but I don't want to use sorted
list because it messes up my order. I am not sure what other options
I have. Can anybody point?

Thanks

If you have a specific order of key value pairs you want to store, you
could use the generic list structure with key value pairs in it:

System.Collecti ons.Generic.Lis t<System.Collec tions.Generic.K eyValuePair<TKe y,
TValue>>

But if you are trying to store them in a certain order, then it sounds
like you probably shouldn't be using key value pairs, but instead use
a struct that unites the two. The point of key value pairs is to look
them up by their key.

The table creation script(at the end of this post) works fine on 4.0.1-alpha-win, but the foreign key constraints fail on 4.0.15-win. I am starting the server with the same command for both versions: mysqld-max-nt --console --transaction-isolation=SERIALIZABLE In 4.0.15-win I can extract the following error after I run the table creation script: ERROR 1005: Can't create table '.\ibdata\#sql-a14_3.frm'

Hi. There is a XML schema problem that I have with key/keyref: I have two complex (A and B) types which both inherit from a common base typ (Base). A refers B using a xs:IDREF element named Ref_to_A. Both are allowed to be instantiated under the root element by declaring an element of the base class. I want to have type safety for the reference by using key/keyref.

I wish to know the industrial practices for signing assemblies with key files. I genereted a key file to sign my assemblies. Should I sign all my assemblies with a single key files or I shall generate one key file for each assembly? Perhaps, I should generate a key file per group of related assemblies?

Hi, I've been looking up lots of documentation and trying to work out a cross-platform method of capturing a keyboard event and working out which key was pressed. From what I can find, there doesn't appear to be any standardised keyboard event interface other than this DOM 3 Events W3C Working Group Note . However, it is only a note and doesn't appear to be implemented in any browser. Is there another standard that I've missed? The...

For good and sufficient reasons I wish to insure that a primary key of table 1 is not a primary key of table 2. The following does not work: ALTER TABLE IS3.AUCTION_SUPER_CATEGORIES ADD CONSTRAINT code_not_fk check(code not in (select code from IS3.AUCTION_CATEGORIES where auction_id=auction_id)) Is there any way other than a trigger (or program checks) to write this?

Hi everyone, I have a small block of code that encrypts a database connection string in a ..config file, but I'm not sure where the encryption key comes from. There is no problem with this code -- it seems to be working fine -- I am able to retrieve the connection string with no problem after it's been encrypted. Let me show you the snippet of code that performs the encryption: using System.Configuration;

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
