Size of setup?

Hi,

I use the Setup project in C# to create a .msi file to be distributed to the
clients.
The size of .msi is 12 MB. This file works fine on all the target machines,
but on the development machine every time I remove the existing .msi (from
add/remove programs) and install a new version, the size increases by 13-14
MB.

Since i have to install the .msi multiple times... this size increase is
causing a lot of problems.... I am already on 110 MB :)

Any ideas what is going wrong? Is the uninstall not working as expected?
Everything is fine on the target machines though!

Frankly, I'm surprised to see him here. He has multiple aliases, as you've
seen, susiedba, dbahooker, aaronkempf, larrylinson and punjab_tom, and
pfc_sadr is pretty new. I'm sorry to tell you he's been trolling over in
the corresponding vb group for at least the last 6 months. He's very
annoying, and he hates C#. He hates VB.Net, too, and thinks MS should go
back to VB6.

Outlook, Visio or Project.

It works great for VB!

I can't run C# on the clientside.. can you?
I can run vbScript on the clientside-- in the browser.

Hello, I have a little problem to print my reports on custom sized paper. I got a db containing clubmembers, a query which selects only the needed infos to print out my membershipcards. My card is 79mm high and 210 mm large, and each card is on a paper with the same size, but I'm unable (don't know really how) to create a report to print out my cards as defined.

Sorry if the question is a bit basic. I generally express my font sizes in pixels, originally to handle the Macintosh/Windows font size differences (though I believe that they both now treat points the same way, at least within the browser window). It has been suggested that one should use ems to allow browsers to increase or decrease the text size. However, I have never had trouble with pixels.

Hi All; I, like others, have been frustrated with designing forms that look and flow the same in both IE and Firefox. They simply did not scale the same. I have discovered, to my chagrin, that IE7 does not seem to offer any way to control the font size of a text input element.
