hello all,
Sorry for my English. I am making up an application and I must show a web. The web contains a power point but I have a problem because I type something like:
AxWebBrowser.Na vigate(URL)
but with the power point also is showed a vertical scroll bar, and I wish don't show that scroll. May anyone please tell me how I can do that?
Thanks in advance,
Vicente. 2 3060
Well its not really possible using C# directly I think.
However there is a sneaky way to do it and thats to edit the body tag
of the target page.
<BODY scroll="NO">
That will remove the scroll bars in the browser. Hope this helps you
out ;)

Many thanks,
I found out a thing, you can create a macro with power point and the macro
is in Visual Basic, then you can modify de .ppt with visual studio and the
macro code file with a PowerPoint.Appl ication and a PowerPoint.Pres entation
object you can modify the file

I have created an application that loads assemblies (plugins). These plugins
are windows forms that have an embedded browser.
private AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser browser;
If I comment out
this.browser = new AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser();
and associated code to avoid exceptions like
this.browser.Dock = System.Windows.Forms.DockStyle.Fill;
this.browser.Enabled = true;

Currently, we use host AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser as an HTML editor.
There are two questions I have with this control:
(1) When the user presses the ENTER key it creates a new paragraph and
as a result, there is an extra line of whitespace created. I can
detect the user has pressed the newline and change it to \r\n.
However, the problem with this are that bullets/numbering no longer
work as they look like the require the \para to work....

Hi all,
Quick question about the AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser Component. I was wondering
if there is a way to view pages generated internally within my application
without writing them to disk. For instance, I'd like to do something like
the following:
string page = "<HTML><BODY>This is a test.</BODY></HTML>";
And display the page variable's contents in the AxWebBrowser (without

I'm trying to use the AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser control in a form and when I
call .Navigate, instead of showing the html page, the download prompt shows
up. If I click open, it uses my default browser instead of the control.
If I open an excel doc or a word doc on my local HD, it shows up in the
control after I click open.
Does anyone know what I should check, to get the control opening HTML pages
in itself instead of the default browser?

I am using the AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser navigate2() method to launch the

My question is this: Is navigate2() a blocking method? That is, when
I make the call to navigate2 with my login service URL and Internet
Explorer pops up the PIN...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
