Does anyone know of a Windows editor I can use to design a table from
a MySQL database?
I have a end-user catalog I need to create. Nothing fancy - just
display a few fields. I could hand code it, but do not have the time
to relearn all the sql. No shopping-cart or anthing, just display
fields.

Hi all. I just downloaded and installed the new Office suite from MS
with their new 'ribbon' based UI. I think it's pretty cool and AFT*
for a new UI paradigm. I hope it sticks.
Anyway, I'm wondering how to implement a gui like this with Python. I
don't think wx or qt or gtk or tkinter support this sort of fading and
glowing type of effects... or do they? I played with wx way back in
2000 or so (C++ version), and it certainly didn't...

I have a need to create a database, and then populate it. However, the
code below doesn't work as I hoped it might (it creates the table in
the "master" database, which is Not A Good Thing). I know already
(thanks Tony!) that if you use Dynamic SQL for the USE command, then
the subsequent operations need to be Dynamic SQL as well, which is a
pity since there are over 11,000 lines of it and I don't really fancy
debugging it!
