I'm setting up a form and want to check if some conditions are met when
the form submits. If they aren't, the form displays a missing field
message and the user has to go back to fill in the missing data. If it
is met, the form continues processing. I have the $state variable coming
from a drop down SELECT option with "" being the SELECTED default.
The if statements are included inside the form tags on the form page,

The below code builds 2 tables 4 rows by 4 cols. All cells have
checkboxes. When checked, the checkboxes in the first column
automatically check the remainder of the check boxes in the same row.
This is working fine for tables of this size. Unfortunately, my app
produces lots of considerably bigger tables and the 'toggle' can take
over a minute to complete!!
I assume this is because for each toggle, the all form elements are
searched...

Hi.
I have a form which has as its recordsource an SQL string. The SQL
String is as follows: SELECT * from CONTACTS where false.
this ensures that there is no data loaded in the form when the form is
opened. After the user selects the contact from an unbound combobox I
want the form to be rebound to its recordsource.

This message is for the benefit of MS Access Community. I found that

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
