Hi,
I think you might be able to use the installutil.exe which comes with
the .NET Framework. Locate the service executable that is installed on
the machine. Then execute:
INSTALLUTIL /u service.exe
Replace service.exe with your executable.
I think this should work as long as you used the ServiceInstalle r class
in the code. By default, that should be used.
The above command line should remove the service from SCM.
If installutil is not in your path, you can find it in the .NET
Framework directory, which is by default:
<windowsdir>\Mi crosoft.NET\Fra mework\v[.net version]\
for example:
C:\WINDOWS\Micr osoft.NET\Frame work\v1.1.4322\
