I am looking for an open source php accelerator that works in cgi mode. I
am guessing that to do that the cache would have to be on disk and not in
memory. I was looking at the turk accelerator (since it will cache to
disk), but it says somewhere that it will not work in cgi mode. I am
almost tempted to try it though.
Ideas? BTW my platform is linux.

I have not used a php accelerator besides the free version of zend's offering. I am looking for opinions on the best performer out there. Price is really not a problem... I just need to look at something of quality.
I'm really not interested in the following:
1 - Free offerings for the mere fact that they are free. I'm looking for quality product, not someone's hobby project.
2 - For that matter, I'd really not want to hear about...

Is there a way to duplicate the accelerator key for
controls which live on separate pages of a tab control.
i.e. to have a button called &Button1 on one tab and
another button called &Button2 on another tab, both
buttons have Alt-B as their accelerator?

What options do I have to make a writeback facility in MS Scorecard
application which resides in MS Sharepoint / Sharepoint services ?
I (and the customers) want to have history on both numbers typed in
and history of comments made.
This is crucial in Scorecards, register actions etc so as to get a
"closed loop". I don't understand why MS haven't included a writeback
web-part.
Is it me or MS who have missed something here ? (I hope it's...

Short version: if the user types an alt+ctrl+char combination which
leads to a defined character, but s/he's not in a input(text)/textarea,
then I'd like that keystroke combination to do the same action that it
would have done had there not been a defined character.
Longer explanation: I've got a US keyboard and a pseudo
Hungarian/German keyboard (I combined them). The extra keys on the
European keyboard are entered via alt+ctrl+char...

How does one specify the Escape key as an accelerator?
My client has specified that the Escape key be used as an accelerator for a
particular menu item. In VS05's designer mode, this particular key is not
available as an option to select from the menu item's properties
ShortcutKeys item. "No problem," says I to myself (I talk to myself. It's
the only way I can have an intelligent conversation around here. Or at least
a coherent one, but...

Does anyone out there have experience with the new MS Performance Point 2007 (PP2007) product (or should I say the product made of 3 products)? I have been creating composite web applications that were developed to leverage Business Scorecard Manager 2005 but also integrate and incorporate into our broader SOA implementation (BSM leverages as its underlying components: SPS / WSS, AS and RS 2000, SS2000SP4). Because we are not on the 2005 (SS, AS...

I have a C# winform with accelerator key associated with some menus.
If my exe is in unmanaged C++ and the winform is invoked through
interop, the accelerator key not working. If I create a new C#.Net
project and the same winform is invoked in the C#.Net project, the
accelerator key works perfect.
Does anyone know what special thing I need to invoke accelerator key
if winform is invoked through Interop. Thanks a lot.

I have been testing different libraries to process XSL transformations
on large XML files.
The fact is that I read a document from Intel, stating their library
(XSLT accelerator) was more twice faster than Apache Xalan, and was
designed to perform well on large XML files.

Please note that their benchmark was only...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
