I just found out from someone named Frank M. Kromann in one of the
other PHP forum websites that I don't have to recompile PHP on Linux
in order to add a database connector. I've been pulling my hair out on
this issue for several days now, so I wish to publicly thank Frank M.

I would like to call my stored proc and invoke the WITH RECOMPILE
option. I can't figure out what to set in ADO to make that happen.
Anyone know how to make this work? BTW, I _don't_ want to create the
stored proc using the WITH RECOMPILE.

I came across this while looking for information on C++ and CORBA:
http://www.zeroc.com/ice.html. It got me to wondering why I need two
different languages in order to write distributed computing apps. In the
case of CORBA, that means IDL and C++. In the case of ICE, that means
slice and C++. Slice actually looks a lot closer to C++ than does IDL.

We are in the process of upgrading our Apps11i from 11.5.9 - 9i to 11.5.10 - 10g in a multinode environment. We are using Suse8 as OS.
We are setting up a couple of servers to do some testing there, but I don't want to do the whole Oracle installation and then PROD cloning, since I believe it will take me longer.

I have a class that many libraries depend on. If I modify the class
with 'adding an argument with default value to an existing member
function', is it necessary to recompile all library?
How about 'changing destructor into virtual' to the class?
I think we don't need to recompile all library if we only add a

I have an access app that is in version 2000. We are upgrading to 2007 and I have made all the changes for the 2000 app to run under 2007 in Runtime Access. This app is basically a 'skeleton' in which the users grab a copy and load with data for an account. Therefore, each account is a separate .mdb.
