Hi,
I am having trouble with an install of Oracle 9i Release 2 on Linux
Mandrake 9.1. I have 512 MB DDR RAM and a Duron 850 CPU.
The install appeared to run fairly seamlessly except for a handful of

Microsoft.
The "Universall Installer" (Standard Edition is Selected and only
Software is Selected) throws an exception, during the installation by
11 Percent installation progress!

I installed VS.NET 2003 and the framework on Windows XP Pro and it seems to
have caused problems with VB6 projects which use ODBC data controls to
connect to MS Access XP. I've also been told that this has happened to
someone else at work who had alot of problems with VB6 projects after
installation.
When I installed VS.NET 2003, I uninstalled the previous version of VS.NET
and the framework before installing VS.NET 2003.

Having a problem installing a DB2 client on a machine running AIX
version 5.0. Client appeared to install one time succesfully, then
was uninstalled and a reinstall was attempted. For some reasons, it
does not complete the reinstall. See the status report from the GUI

A recent HD failure and next year's first quarter release of Red Hat's
EL5 made me decide to temporarily use FC6 on my sandbox system, an IBM
Thinkpad T40. UDB 8.1 (FP14) and a UDB 9 Express-C were successfully
installed after resolving some problems. Fedora Core 4 is mentioned in
the UDB install documentation as a acceptable base for development

I am trying to get PHP working on a Windows Vista Ultimate box running
IIS 7. First I made sure IIS was working properly....it is because it
serves up aspx (asp.net) pages (please don't hate!) with no problems.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
