Hi all,
I've seen this noted in many posts, but nothing I've checked out gives
me any clue on how to do this.
Basically as my topic says, I have a DTS and I simply need to export
some data from a table in MS SQL 2000 to an Excel spreadsheet. I also
need to automate this process so it can run nightly and each new day a
new spreadsheet will be on a network share for us to pick-up.

I use a complied query to export to Excel like this:
SELECT * INTO .
FROM tblExcelData;
But I have a situation where I need to export several tables into the same
worksheet. The idea is to have each contiguous block of data on the
worksheet separated by 50 or so rows so a graph can be inserted between each
set of data.

Does anyone know if there is a snippet of code that automatically
removes the wrap text format in excel?
I have an access form that displays data and allows the user to click
on a cmdbutton to export the data to excel. However, every export
defaults to a formatted wrap text. I am trying to remove this default
if possible. Thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone
I've built a database using Access 2000 which includes a query which is
built using a form containing filters. No problem. When I export the
results of the query to excel, (File > Export > Save as type: Microsft
Excel 97-2000) one of the fields, which is a memo field type, loses any
data over the first 255 characters. How do I get all the data into
excel?

Hello,
I have a routine in my Windows application that exports the contents of a
datagrid to Excel. It is modeled closely after the HowTo example on MSDN:

Depending on the number of rows/columns in the datagrid, it can be extremely
slow (several minutes to populate a 1000x50 spreadsheet). That is
understandable, looking at the number of steps to copy over just one row.

Hi
How can I Export an HTML Table to excel?
My goal is a button, and when the user clicks this button a popup appears
asking the user to 'open' or 'save' the generated Excel file.
Actually I'm exporting by rendering my table to an htmlwriter and sending
this to excel. This is working nearly perfect. There's a problem with Excel's
auto-formatting of cells.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
