Here's a description of the problem that I'm trying to solve:
- I have a Web page from which users can open one or more other
windows.
- From that web page, the user can then select another part of the
application thereby loading a different page into the original browser
window (from which one or more "child" windows may have been opened).

This is from my previous post, but a different issue.
I have the following Javascript routine that opens a popup page, but doesn't
seem to work if called from an asp.net button. It seems to work fine from a
link.
The button does bring up the popup window, but when I press the links on the

I can't make this script work properly. I've gone as far as I can with
it and the rest is out of my ability. I can do some html editing but
I'm lost in the Java world. The script at the bottom of the html page

that the panel on my custom control doesnt accept other controls. The
control i drag drop on it becomes the child of my custom control's
