Hi All,
I'm just getting started rewriting a small CAD/GIS like application
for designating outlines of objects in photographs/images in Python.
Is there a class out there that already handles panning and zooming
along with lines that have been drawn on top of the object? If got a
simple scrolling canvas working and user designation of objects with
the mouse. But I'm wondering if there is an elegant solution that
handles zooming too. ...

I’m wrote a small DLL that used the FreeImage.DLL (that can be found at
http://www.codeproject.com/bitmap/graphicsuite.asp).
I also wrote a small console application in C++ (unmanaged) that uses the
DLL above.
Now the application, together with the above DLL’s is successfully loading a
TIF image file (62992 x 113386 Pixels, Huffman RLE compression, 3200 x 3200

Hi all,
I really am in desperate need of some code that can zoom in on an image. I
don't want to just make the whole image bigger, i want to have a box ( <p>
tag ) that is the zooming window... so the image is always the same size, the
box is always the same size, and only when the box is moved over the image,
the part of the image that is inside the box will get zoomed..
so it's like a lil magnifying glass that is being moved around...

I have several images that need to be loaded dynamically based on user
interaction. Each image size is about 6000x1500 pixels. I see several
sites they make the image blur, blur, blur, and the image become
clear. I want to know how to do this, or maybe you all have other
solutions better than this. Can anyone give me some suggestions and

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
