Co-Browsing Feature

Hello,
does anybody here have any idea on how to implement the Co-Browsing feature,
the same like LivePerson's?

They are using an ActiveX control or Java Applet. Flash maybe?

My guess is that they have set up a sort of chat but the interaction
occurs at the programming area. Every keystroke and every command
gets sent over tcp/ip to the respondent and implemented on their
screen as well.
