How to fire Outlook Express?

hi there:

I have a task that need to fire new Email form of outlook express and
need auto add some information to this form. That information include mail
address,straight matter,ect..
How to resolve this.

jiangyh, I don't believe you can put an image into the body of a message
using a mailto tag. If you want to customize message from your application,
try sending the message from your application. From there, you can modify
almost anything.
