Stephen Walther's book "ASP.NET Unleashed" by SAMS is a good way to learn.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...books&n=507846

And of course there are many great web sites, such as www.asp.net

> I know Dot Net and Visual Basic .NET but I am new to ASP.NET.

I'm confused. VB.NET is a language you can use to write ASP.NET pages on the
..NET platform.

So, it seems like you already know most of what you need to know.

Or am I missing something?

There is also a free ASP.NET resource kit, which is quite useful - its a big
download (about 130MB), but full of articles, some videos, sample code,
controls, etc.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/asprk/ (there is a link there to get to
the download page to download it)

Also, there are many webcasts with intros to ASP.NET, and more advanced
topics about ASP.NET - look on the 'on demand' link from this page:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/training/webcasts/

Cheers,
