Hi
We are having issues with our application, certain portions of it stop
responding while the rest of the application is fine. I am attaching
the Java Core dump. If someone can let me know what the issue is.

You know there is a difference between the Microsoft .NET Framework and the
Microsoft .NET Framework SDK. Besides the fact that the former is 20 some
MB and the latter is some 100MB there is a difference you know. But not
according to this page:

Hi All,
I have an application which is web based. I am hosting it on VB.Net
container, ie winform. Now i am facing a problem. If i make an exe of that,
then i require .net framework installed on that machine where i am going to
run this.
So I want to move this managed code to unmanaged side i,e to VC++ by
converting VB.Net code to VB 6.0 and then importing VB 6.0 dll in VC++.

was information badly needed, and I think this is the best group to

I would like to install the .Net 1.1 framework on a Web Server running W2K
to be able to run ASP.NET files, but I'm not sure where to find the files I
need for the .Net framework.
I have ".NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1" (NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe) and
"ASP.NET Security Update for .NET Framework 1.1 SP1"
(NDP1.1sp1-KB886903-X86.exe).
The SP1 will not install unless 1.1 is already installed (I thought that SP1
was the whole 1.1...

WebForm1.aspx
WebForm1.aspx.cs (could also be "WebForm1.aspx.vb" I guess)
WebForm1.aspx.resx
What is that last file for? How can I use it?
I understand the use of (but haven't used yet..) the "stand alone" resource

At design-time the application just decides to go boom claiming it can't
find a dll. This occurs sporadically. Doing a simple edit in the HTML for
example and then viewing the application has caused the application to go
boom. Sometimes the page will compile and run using F5 and others not.
So I do the web search tango looking around the blogs and the tuts and
determine I should go into Temporary ASP.NET Files and delete the directory...
