I would like to create a very basic file upload add image form to add
to my web site and to keep them in a "tmp" directory within my web
hosting file manager once uploaded.
I understand the basic html for the form and the basic php scripting
but the fine details ie method post etc needs help also at this stage
I dont want to involve mysql data base. were should I start.

Hello.
I want to create a usercontrol for upload imagens.
So, I will put this usercontrol in a lot of pages in my application.
Probably will not work, because some form will not set with
enctype/multipart attribute.
How can I fix it?
Someone have any sample of usercontrol and upload?

I am in that page. But if I am out of the page, for example I am in a
HttpModule, I want to retrieve a hidden filed value, Is that possible?

this to use by javascript. I don't wanna give a User chance to upload
file until he check in the form that he want's to upload File.

it only submits the filename without the path. But I need the path.

I have written a page similar to file upload form.....which takes in a input from the browse and does soem functionality and displays the success message in next page.
<html:file property="file"></html:file>
it looks as simple as the above line.
Now i need to test various cases on the form. All the cases work fine....like
1. typing in a valid file name without using the browse button
2. giving an empty string etc all the errors are...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
