Hi
I need to access an access db via php.
My hosting provider is using php version 4.3.10 on a windows 2003 platform.
I think that php was installed with the Plesk for windows package/control
panel.
The scripts work on my dev box (winxp with iis5) but yet when I upload the
scripts to my hosting provider I get the following error

I'm looking for php5 + postgresql 7.3 or higher shared hosting, I also need
any kind of versioning system installed. Hosting must be located in europe
and must have telephone support. The key here is quality, uptime and
support. Price is not very important.
Do you have any suggestions? Google didn't reveal much.
Can you point me to some forum or site where I could ask this question?

I'd like suggestions on a hosting service but only if you have been
using them for a while. I'm using an aweful service now. They're
servers are slow, go down and tech support is virtually non existant.
They actually answer the phone "hello" but in a very quiet almost
unaudible way. That's the problem - hosting services look so nice from
the outside but you never know how they are until you are there for a
while.

I'm searching for another aspnet web host since the contract with my current
one is already over.
I was using servergrid.com, and it was OK, but I'm looking for something
better and cheaper, if it exists.
I'm currently paying $11.21/month for their host 2000 plan. I needed an
mssql DB, and this plan had one free.
Any suggestions on a cheaper/better one?

5000 GB Monthly bandwith
for 7 dollars per month. Then I started to make a chatroom with (Flash + Actionscript) for client side scripting and (PHP) for server side.
But after setting up everything I realized that the server I have my hosting on has a MYSQL limitation. Here are the details

I am self hosting a Web Service in a Windows service. I am trying to start
the service using the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService account.
I get a NullReferenceException on ServiceHost.Open() in the
ServiceBase.OnStart() method. SCM throws a 1067 error as well.
I get the same problem with NT AUTHORITY\LocalService.
When I use the LocalSystem account, my domain account, or another regular
user account, the windows service starts just fine.
