I can't get VS.NET to make a Web Project on my computer. The IISHelp
doesn't work either (HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error). I get the following
error, when I try to make a new Project. I was getting an error about not
having ASP.NET installed, but have fixed it.

Does anyone else get this when building (asp/vb.net project) sometimes
when you have a compiled assembly in your project? I get this with two
different projects with two different compiled assemblies involved. It's
not consistent either. It will plague me one day and then go away for a
week or more. Unfortunately today it's keeping me from getting work done.
I've had a quick KB search but I didn't see anything that seemed like

we have a Pocket PC .Net Compact Framework 2) application, that calls a Web
Service located within the Company network,
which is also accessible via https from outside (the internet). This
application usually communicates with the server
via cellular carrier connection, GPRS.
The application works fine with our Windows CE 2003 SE and Mobile 5 devices.

Okay, so I have no knowledge with ASP and I was asked to look at this contact form because the emails aren't delivering.
I'll post the whole page of code, because I am unsure at what is what really apart from the common knowledge stuff i.e. the send email to etc, but this wasn't designed by me so I am unsure if it's wrong or right..

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
