I need to create a relationship between a local table and tables on a
linked server. I used the design table wizard and selected the
relationship property wizard. In the reslationship property wizard,
the tables that I need to get the keys from in the linked server do not
show up. Is there a way to do this, or I simply don't have enough
permission to tables in the linked server. On the local server, the
Security tab of linked server...

Trying to create a database - right click -> Create Database Wizard on
the db instance - before I enter the username/password, the Create
Database Wizard takes off doing *something* - the Progress pop-up
showing Elapsed Time sits there for ten minutes or more before telling
me the username/password is incorrect (of course it's incorrect, I
haven't entered it yet).
Anyone seen this before?

I am using the Create User Wizard and am getting the 'Password length
minimum: 7. Non-alphanumeric characters required: 1.' error when trying to
create a new user. What am I doing wrong?
Also is there a way to not use security question and answer in the wizard?

1. How can I get rid of the security question and answer as I don't need it
in my app?
2. How can I get the control to send an email to the "office" so they can
authorise the account before it can be activated for the user?

I have a question...i am using the regulare wizard to create members
while implementing membership provider now every thing works
fine..member gets created i do see it in the database, but the login
wizard doesnot log in the members that i manually create..if i create
the same members using the createUser wizard...the user can login usig
the login wizard..how can i fix that...thank you

Is it possible? Bestcrypt can supposedly be set up on linux, but it seems
to need changes to the kernel before it can be installed, and I have no
intention of going through whatever hell that would cause.
If I could create a large file that could be encrypted, and maybe add
files to it by appending them and putting in some kind of delimiter
between files, maybe a homemade version of truecrypt could be constructed.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
